Amethyst is on the road level of the house. The room is accessed via the main house.

The room looks out over the country road towards the Castello di Nipozzano .

A medium-sized room with a hanging space and a huge chest of drawers for storage plus plenty of shelving.

The bathroom is right next door.

Bedroom approximately 14m2.

The bathroom is right next door, and is shared with our home help and an occasional guest.

There is a loo, sink, shower and storage space for bathroom necessities.

Bathroom approximately 4m2.

The room is at ground level on one side, but at basement level on the other and built into the hillside, so it is naturally cool during the hotter months. We can also provide a fan too if necessary.

Amethyst has central heating both in the bedroom and bathroom which operates on a timer system.

There is a smoke/carbon monoxide detector on the same floor.

• A cooler room is a darker room, and indeed a darker room is a cooler room!

The room was part of the cattle and horse stalls on the lower floor, and the Tuscan barrel vaulted ceiling is in plain view!
